![]() I also have the hannibal at the gates DLC. Could it be possible that the pirate factions get the DLC units as well, and they are not balanced for the mod, giving them unfair advantage in battles during the campaign ? It's not THAT important, since I always enjoy fighting a powerful AI empire, but it's just something that I find a bit odd. I have access to the new "piked hoplites" for Athens, and they have HUGE armor value compared to the rest of the elite units in the mod (95). Total War: ROME II Pirates and Raiders Culture Pack Highlights Adds three new playable factions: the Ardiaei of Illyria, the Tylis, and the Odrysian Kingdom. The Daorsi conquered all of Illyria, and Gallia Cisalpina, destroying Venetis and Insubres in less than 10 turns. In less than 15 turns, Tyllis destroyed both Macedonia, Sparta (Larissa + Sparta) and now have a huge territory in Thracia, and are expanding into Asia minor. Attacked from all sides by external enemies, plagued by instability and with the economy failing. The eastern and western provinces both had declared autonomy, while in Rome the Senate supported Quintillus as pretender to the throne. Indeed, Tyllis and Daorsi have been extremely powerful. When Aurelian was hailed by the army as Emperor, he had to deal with the worst of the crisis. ![]() But now I'm wondering if there is some compatibility problem between the CA DLC for pirate factions and the mod. love the mod, the units, I'm discovering new features as I go. I just downloaded the mod Divide et Impera, and I'm having a blast playing in a versus campaign, me being Athens, and my friend, Rome.
